YOUR PROCESS

As you begin to formulate your vision, Guiding Edge will be there from day one. When you’re ready, we offer a free consultation either in person or via phone call/email. We are willing to listen and offer suggestions to help you as we begin this project journey together.

After a consultation and gathering measurements, Guiding Edge will begin working on a 3D drawing of your product. This drawing will give you a visual of exactly what you are looking for and a chance to see it in real-time before it is built. This also allows for any changes to easily be made before starting the build. The 3D drawing will also be accompanied by a preliminary budget including all costs for materials & labor. Even at this stage of the process, you are free to continue forward or choose another route for your project at zero cost! Guiding Edge wants to ensure that you choose the company, design, and pricing that is best for you — even if that means not choosing our services.

Once any changes in design or price have been agreed upon, we sign a contract and then get to work! We do require a 75% deposit to cover all materials for the build. The remaining 25% is due upon completion of the project to your satisfaction, but not before!

As always, Guiding Edge will be there each step of the way as the building begins until it is completed. And with us, you are the true “owner” of your vision. From creating your design, selecting the materials and the final paint/finish, you call the shots!
